Many pieces are free size or flexible fit. Sized pieces are selected and labelled carefully, but fit still varies by silhouette, fabric and body type. An in-store fitting is recommended.

08Do you give refunds?+
No refunds are offered for change of mind, preference, fit, colour or a changed occasion. Concerns involving defective, damaged, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are assessed in line with applicable law.
09Do you ship?+
Yes, shipping can be arranged. Shipping within Kurukshetra is free. Shipping to other locations may carry an additional charge, which customer support will confirm before dispatch.
10How long will shipping take?+
Timing depends on product availability, destination and courier service. Contact customer support with your postcode or full location for a current estimate before ordering.
11What should I do if a parcel arrives damaged?+
Keep the packaging and item, take clear photographs and contact us promptly with the original bill or order details. Do not use, wash or alter the item while the concern is reviewed.

Yes. Gift cards are available in selected or custom values and can be arranged through the store or WhatsApp. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Yes. We can coordinate looks for individuals, couples and families for weddings, Rakhi, Diwali and other occasions, subject to the current selection.
