No refunds
The Closet does not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, fit, colour, style, duplicate purchase or an occasion that changes after purchase. Please inspect, try and confirm your selection carefully before completing an in-store purchase.
Size changes
A size change is not a refund. Where eligible, it is handled under our Size & Exchange Policy, subject to a store visit, inspection, availability and the conditions stated there.
Defective, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item is defective, damaged when supplied, materially different from its description or not the item ordered, contact us promptly with the original bill and clear photographs. We will inspect the concern and provide the remedy required under applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and remain subject to the terms presented with the card. Purchases made with a gift card follow the same purchase and size-change policies as other purchases.
How to raise a concern
Contact customer support by phone or WhatsApp before taking or sending any action. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Keep your original bill, tags, packaging and the item in its received condition while the concern is reviewed.
